Adrienne Benavidez is the State Senator for Senate District 21 which encompasses parts of Adams and Arapahoe Counties along with parts of unincorporated Adams County. Benavidez has also served as a House Representative for House District 32 from 2017 to 2022. Benavidez is an attorney by profession and has been practicing since 1991.

Benavidez has been a champion for protecting the fundamental rights for Coloradans, helping small businesses, and supporting Colorado workers. She continues this work as she takes on this new journey as State Senator.
